• Standard Payment: 100% advance payment.
• Cash Against Collection: Available for standard items in stock, not applicable for back order or orders with special requests.
• Cash on Delivery: Available for standard items in stock, small box, tabletop weighing scales within mainland areas excluding free zones or areas requiring special entry or exit procedures.

Availability and Collection

• Product Availability: To be confirmed during order placement.
• Collection Time: Same or next day collection for in-stock items, subject to confirmation at the time of order placement.

Pricing Details

• Currency: Prices listed in AED (Dhs).
• Value Added Tax (VAT): 5% VAT added to all local sales.
• Price Basis: Ex Works (EXW) Dubai-UAE.
• Additional Costs: Delivery, certification, taxes, insurance, duties, fees, and other charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Price Adjustment: Prices are subject to change based on cost fluctuations up to the time of purchase or contract conclusion.

Warranty Information

• Coverage: Limited warranty terms if applicable. Covers manufacturing defects and proper performance under standard usage conditions.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the below:
  • Consumables: batteries, adaptors, cables.
  • Cosmetic parts: displays, brackets.
  • Misuse, accidents, improper calibration, software issues, incorrect settings.
  • Services: calibration, programming, software adjustments, and cosmetic concerns as they are influenced by external factors.
  • Unpaid items or unpaid invoices.
• Warranty Service: Provided Ex Works (EXW) Dubai-UAE. Products must be sent to our office, showroom, or warehouse for inspection or repair.

• Limitation of Liability: Petra Mechatronics Middle East Trading LLC is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages from installation or product failure.
• Liability Cap: None.

Return and Refund Policy

• Duration: 15 days from purchase.
• Eligibility: Standard in-stock models only, new, and in sealed box.
• Exclusions: Not applicable for used items, services, delivery, back orders, special requests, opened boxes, or other fulfillment services.
• Processing Time: Usually within 2–3 working days from the date of receiving.
