The SENS SAWP-0A-Y Wired Axle Scale is a portable and durable weighing solution designed for measuring vehicle axle loads. Its platform is manufactured from special aluminium, providing a strong structure while remaining lightweight and easy to transport. The scale is suitable for use in different working environments and includes moveable wheels for convenient handling.
Each weighing platform is equipped with a 15-metre cable for connection to a compatible weighing indicator. The scale uses IP67, 1,000Ω high-impedance alloy steel load cells to provide reliable weighing performance. Anti-skid rubber fitted underneath the platform helps prevent movement during weighing and improves operational safety. The standard platform uses a secure 5-pin connector, with an optional IP68 connector available for applications requiring additional environmental protection.
The SAWP-xA series is available in three platform configurations: SAWP-0A-Y with ramps, SAWP-0A-E with reversible ramps, and the SAWP-1A-Y ultra-low style. Available platform dimensions range from 300 × 400 mm to 600 × 900 mm, with capacity options ranging from 0.5 ton to 20 tons, depending on the selected model and platform size.
